Chantel Roulston has worked hard and keeps working hard to keep her ballerina body, her flexibility, strength, control and grace. Pilates helps her to do that. She’s been teaching pilates for 3 years now and still practices pilates daily to maintain everything she has worked so hard for.
Chantel came into pilates as a professional dancer and she used it throughout her training and professional career to prepare for upcoming roles, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation.
In the videos below we hear from Chantel and see her performing the very difficult “Walkover on the Cadillac”.
