We’ve put together a little stream of matwork exercises to support your self-directed practice at home. You’ll have Chantel’s video as a visual to guide you.
Practice this series with us at least 3 times a week, and each month we will add on exercises so you can gradually increase your Pilates practice from 5 minutes to 10 minutes to 15 minutes and so on. This month we added on ‘Rolling’ so feel free to visit https://www.alignedforlife.com.au/resource/rolling/ for preparation exercises and cues that will help you ‘roll’ beautifully and safely.
By the end of the year you will be able to do a full workout using exercises from Joseph Pilates’ original book ‘Return to Life Through Contrology’.

Your brain clears and your will power functions.” Joseph Pilates.
